Quick dissolving melts which may help to relieve symptoms associated with colds such as a sore throat, mild coughs & a stuffy nose.
Babies: 1 Tablet dissolved in a little water.
Children & adults: 2 Tablets dissolved in the mouth.
Take every 30 minutes for 5-6 doses.
Thereafter 3 times daily and at bedtime. Reduce dosage with improvement.
As absorption of homoeopathic medicines occurs mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, it is desirable to hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period and for the mouth to be free of any other tastes (toothpaste, peppermint, etc.) when taking the medicine.
The melts should be dissolved in the mouth, ideally under the tongue.
For babies, the melts should be dissolved in a little water or milk (one teaspoon) and given as a liquid to avoid any risk of the baby choking.
