The Calming Salt:
Traditionally used to assist in the body overcoming a loss of mental vigor and when feeling down, drained, fatigued and irritable.
Dissolve 1-2 tablets under the tongue 3 times daily.
May be taken half hourly in acute conditions.
As absorption of homoeopathic medicines occurs mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, it is desirable to hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period and for the mouth to be free of any other tastes (toothpaste, peppermint, etc.) when taking the medicine.

Kali phos is the principal Biochemic nerve nutrient.
This tissue salt is indicated for the full array of nervous complaints from nervous anxiety, fretfulness, nervous exhaustion, and depression, to nervous headaches, neuralgia, paralysing neural pain and neural and muscular fatigue.
